Do chams need to have a black light or dim colored light on at night?

No, actually it's recommended that they have nothing at all on at night.

you this is something that i have wondered about with my 2 week old baby flapneck more so for the heat. the only reason haven't given him(?) a night light is because none of my others have had one. what i sdid do though was put the sensor to the temp geage i have at the back of his cage nearly where his(?)s;eeping spot is to find out the highs and lows. i'm knocking on wood right know but so far so good...crossing my toes and fingers!lol i want to this one!
