I have a 2 year old cat and lately I have been having to pick err..feces that has been sticking to her behind. Since she is a long hair, she has very fine long hair near her rear end and lately whenever she go in her litterbox and does her thing, I've been finding traces of little bits of feces stuck on her behind and she won't clean herself after she has gone in her litterbox either. O_o Will I have to keep doing this or is there another alternative?

Have you tried trimming her butt hair? That is what we do with our two long haired cats. It seems to work out pretty well. Then we don't have the problem you are having.

I do just like Jamie and trim the hair back on the butt.
It doesn't take alot to trim off to control it.
Usually as soon as we get a cling on(LOL)I know its time to trim and we are good for a while.

I shouldda known someone would refer to "cling ons" in this thread. This seems to be a problem with long-haired cats and as the others have recommended a little butt trim every now and then seems to solve the problem.

My cats must be weird! My two long haired cats, Simba and Katrina, keep their butts very clean however my two fatties, Samantha and KatyKatt, have the dirty butts and I have to clean them. Samantha loves to be brushed though and will roll over on her back, spread her legs and expose her dirty butt for me to clean. She's such a silly girl.
