When we first got our now 8 month old DLH four months ago she hardly cleaned at all. Now all she does is groom herself and give us nasty looks when we touch her. Is there anything that can be done about this.

Is she over-grooming to the point of hurting herself? Very often cats who groom a lot are stressed out about something. Believe it or not, if no other medical cause can be found they get the same meds as some humans do for OCD - in very small amounts of course.
You should take the cat to the vet for an exam to rule out allergies, parasites or a thyroid disorder which can also cause over-grooming. Then you and your vet can discuss the options that some medications have to offer.

Thanks alot for the adive. She is not hurting herself, but I will have her looked at, she is allergic to chicken, maybe she has developed another allergy.
