I just got a kitten 2 weeks ago and she seems to really like water. The day i brought her home I gave her a good bath because she was really dirty. Now everyday after i get out of the tub she jumps in the water and splashes around. As long as i'm not using soap on her and it's just plain water will this dry out her skin?

Probably it won't hurt her. However, just like a small child, you need to watch the kitten carefully around the water just in case she gets into trouble and starts to drown.
