Stevie is doing wonder. He has found a new favorite thing to do. He has learned to walk the top rail on our balcony. I freaked out but he reminded me he was a cat. We ended up putting a cat door on the sider to the balcony. He spends endless hours playing and sleeping on the balcony and walking the rail. He loves it. He can go outside whenever he wants and do it when he wants too. He doesn't have to wait for mommy to take him for a walk. He is one spoiled little booger!!!!

Um just one question, how high is this balcony? I would be so freaked, either that he might fall or if it is low,that he might run away...

Hi There,
I'm sorry, but this just doesn't sound like a good idea. Cats can and will fall and they can become badly hurt or killed. They don't always land on their feet.
If you want your kitty to have access to outside, perhaps you can put some kind of small enclosure out there. It's just not worth the risk to continue to allow Stevie the access he has now.
