what kind of worm med is good for kittens? how is hartz? i know theyre flea med isnt very good from what i hear. thanks.

I would never use an over the counter worm medication. Many are dangerous. All wormers are poisons used to kill the worms. Unless you know for sure the exact type of worm and the right wormer to use to kill that particular kind, you might endanger your cat's life and still not kill the worms.
Take the cat to the vet and have the vet determine the correct wormer and dosage for your cat.
