Lucky needs his distemper shot, he should have had it like 3 months ago but i was never sent a reminder as to when i should bring him in....should i go get that shot as soon as i can????

If you are going to the same vet they should have records on Lucky's vaccinations and will be able to see whether or not he needs a booster. Give them a call and ask.
If Lucky is going to a new vet, then maybe your old vet can get the shot records from the old one. Again this will take a phone call - this time to the old vet!
