Ours poor coughing cat lip lookes a bit swollen. Not much at all, but bigger than other. about 2 days by now. Is it serious ? waht can it be? Thank you.

Considering that the cat has been coughing, I think a vet check is in order. It could be nothing but it also could be something serious.
