Hey. I've been noticing scabs on my cat recently. I have been finding them in alot of different spots on her body. I've found them on the top of her head, her back, on her tail, and other ares aswell. She's an indoor cat, so I don't know how it would be fleas. Thanks.

It could be fleas. We can brng fleas into the house. It also could be a medical issue. If she has an allergy to something, she maybe scratching herself and making the scabs. I would make an appointment with your vet for a check up. Just to be on the safe side.

I second what Moxie has said here! It could be any number of things. A vet check is the best way to go here. Your cat will be a lot more comfortable if she doesn't have scabs!

Fleas love carpeting - any it only takes one riding in on your pant leg from the grass to get them started. And if you're not getting bitten, it could be your blood isn't 'sweet' enough to them - why bother with the human when there is a tasty kitty around? Your vet is the best bet for getting rid of them quickly and completely. And if its a skin condition, kitty will need the vet anyway

Best of luck!
