Oh, I love your pictures of Munchie! She's beautiful. And I love how she carried her tail, so tall and regal. I wouldn't be surprised that she is still with you today, in spirit and perhaps even body.
I loved your story of Munchie, although it was sad, it was sitll heartwarming that she came into your life and showed you a cat's love much the same way that Samantha did to me. These kitties of ours are such warm, loving companions and make life worthwhile whenever you're down. I'm so amazed at how they can pick up my moods but at the same time, am ever so grateful for it. I don't have time to be blue or lonely with my kitty cats.
I haven't lost any of my pets yet but can only imagine how terrible that will be if any of them should die. Thanks for sharing your Munchie story and photos. You are such a loving, caring person, Alan.

Thank you Ruby, Jaime :¬)
Oh yes , I believe she is still around us . It's funny you know , How something so long ago when re-lived through the writen word can still be quite raw . She was one special girl .
Interesting that you mention Re-incarnation in cats , I'm 100% convinced that Kickorbib/Bwee bwee, Is a re-incarnation of our old Torty Rosie .
Love to you both
Alan

She is a cutie, easy to see why she won your heart and made you fall in love with cats. Nothing wrong with those pictures. I can see her very clearly. She looks like a very happy kitten, sorry that you had to lose her so young.

Hi Tessa , and thank you :¬)
Wow!!! You have 18 cats!!? Greeeat . The most we ever had was 12 , and this was when my wife and I were doing cat rescue . In the end we found some very good homes for a few , but i'd qite happily go up in numbers again LOL.
Well , I did love cats before Munchie , as we'd always had them when growing up . It was just at the time because I was in a bedsit that backed on to a railway, and had a main road out the front that made me doubt whether i was ready for another cat .
But Munchie will NEVER be forgotten that's for sure.
Thanks again,
Alan

Bedsit that backed on to a railway?
Might that be something like a bedroom/sitting room backed up to a railroad track...? ....or what?
Sorry for the snicker, Alan, but it does sound kind of silly, whatever it is. :::snicker:::
Do you see Simba trying to walk over to you?

Oh Simba , you are a darling XXX
Hehe , No worries on the Snicker Ruby ;¬) . Yush , it must sound rather strange .
A bedsit is one bedroom in a shared house . The room was my living space , and I shared Kitchen and Bathroom with two other couples (That were rather dirty in their living habits I hasten to add , YUK!)

Yes, 18. Mostly former ferals, with 2 rescues (kits tossed from a moving car), and one pet quality siamese who was a gift as well as a calico who was a gift from my Vet 14 years ago
. They range in age from 17 to 6 1 year olds. Shudder, 6 teenagers. All are adored

Oh wow! I have no doubt they are all loved and adored , good for you .
It saddens me that some people can be so heartless . We also found kittens in a sack thrown out of a car . This was when i was still at home and about 12 years old . Myself, brother and sister took them home and raised all four to be healthy adults

Yeah, we are supposed to be the "higher lifeform". Have not seen too many cats or dogs tossing our babies from moving cars. People just don't think!! Glad you saved those babies.
