My kitten fitz and his brother trix are lovely little things but i often catch Fitz doing something rather erm ex-rated. He sits there and licks himself like cats normally clean themselves and when i come, he looks up at me with his leg still up and his little willy is poking out. Him and his brother are only kittens and they're not sexually active yet. They've been to the vet for their jabs and vaccinations but they're not old enough to be neutered yet(I think thats wot its called, You know when they get catsrated.) I think Thery're 4 months and 3 days old. please tell me whats going on and how i can reduce the amount he does it. Thanx

I would not worry, he is just keeping himself clean. He isn't old enough to do anything with it but every male cat that I have ever had is very proud of his little personal portion and does a lot of grooming. Neutering is the right term and it depends on your Vet but most will neuter by 6 months. A lot of them do it a lot younger. I would call and ask about that!

I had my male cat neutered at 4 months old. I think they just have to be over 2 pounds.
