Some things just aren't covered in the books.
Is it too early to be trimming Zephy's little eagle talons? He is 3 weeks and a little over a pound.

Don't clip to short. I would use baby finger nail clippers. That is what my vet had me use. They work great. Make sure you press fairly hard on the paw. If you don't it tickles.

So the sweet little baby has eagle talons does he?? Teehee! Yup, he is a kitten! Jaime's advise is right, and if you start now, he will get used to it.
