yesterday I got home from visiting family and when I got my savannah out to feed him i noticed his toes are dried and one had fallen off !!! I haven't had him out for a few day because I have been very busy with a school project. He still eats, mostly crickets and mealworms and when the pet store has pinkies in he gets one of those, and I always dust them. Has this happened to anyone before? please help

The most common cause is dried shed around the toes cutting off the blood flow. I have also heard of tiny loops of thread from carpet getting wound around toes. I'd check the rest of the toes very very carefully.

Peter: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Brian: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?

Sounds like your animal is kept in too dry conditions, and too cool. I say this because when kept warm enough they shed all of the time and have a damp substrate they ca prevent moisture loss, usually underground. Look carefully around all the toes and see a vet quickly about geeting any excess removed that is constricting if youve never removed it before yourself.
