I had posted previously before (depressed kitten) and have found out that he has FIP/Feline Infectious Peritontas. I now realize that he was already sick when I adopted him from the shelter. I now have to have him euthanized.

I am so sorry about the kitten. I was pretty sure that the news would not be good. Very unusual for a kitten to act "depressed" unless he is really ill. I am glad that you took him to the Vet before getting him a friend. I know that you will miss him but at least he was loved and gave love for the short time that he had.

I'm so sorry! I know it's really hard, but you will be doing the best thing for him. I hope that you will be willing (when you're ready) to adopt another needy kitten. There are soo many.
