Ok if she isn't spayed and the male isn't neutered or she goes outside, chances are she is pregnant. First step is a Vet visit to make sure she is pregnant and if so, how pregnant. Second, if she goes outside, keep her inside or she will have those kits somewhere out there. She will deliver 65 to 68 days after mating. She will need a quiet corner or maybe a closet with a box and some towels to have her family in. Away from noise and traffic and other cats too. Switch her food to kitten chow as soon as her pregnancy is confirmed and keep her on it as long as she is nursing. She will need the extra nutrition and calories in it. By the way if the other female isn't spayed she will be following right along behind her in having kittens. Female cats who live together have a tendency to have their kittens around the same time and to share the raising of both litters. Get them both spayed as soon as they are done nursing. Good Luck and let us know!
