Eye problem with new born - Fluid behind eye capsule?

I've tried lancing it, with temporary success... The swelling return shortly afterwards.

Any suggestions would be great! Thx!!

I would suggest that you have a vet diagnose the problem & also suggest not to do anymore lancing, as it can be destructive toward healthy tissue. A vet may prescribe medication for the problem.
