All is well in this household. Emily is healing nicely and Eddie survived his trip to the vet yesterday for his rabies shot.
I just wanted to send everyone on this board good wishes for the first long weekend of the summer season -- and to ask that you please take some time on Monday to remember those who gave so much to protect the freedom we all enjoy.
We had an emergency trip to the Vet yesterday. Poor Levi got poked in the eye while trying to take Bayla's balloon from her. He now needs two types of eye drops. The first dialates his eye (and makes him foam at the mouth, literally) and the second is an antibiotic.

Ohhh, poor Levi! I'm just glad the injury wasn't worse. He should be just fine in time. Corneas have remarkable healing powers.
Happy Memorial Day to all! Chris is spending his long weekend snoozing.

Levi is doing much better. He is back to his frisky self! We go back for his re-check on Friday just to be certain though.
