Very Sad News

Cailin Dec 04, 2006 09:13 AM

My beloved little 6-month old Charlie had to be put to sleep on Friday. She got very very sick, and despite the best efforts of the vets treating her (and a whole lot of praying on my part) there was nothing they could do for her. They suspect it was FIP, but as I'm sure most of you know, there is no cnclusive test for it. I was very lucky to have her even for the short time I did- she was such a wonderful cat and I loved her very much.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find comfort in the knowledge that you gave her a good home and much love and happiness during her short life.

Hi Cailin: So very sorry to hear about Charlie! Very very sad---my heart goes out to you! I lost a kitten to FIP--it's so hard to watch them be sick.

Regards,

Denise & Dominique

Cailin: I am SO sorry for your loss. I lost my sweet Tortie calico girl, Mindy to FIP a number of years ago.
Charlie may have been young, however she experienced a life of love with you. My babygirl SkuShi will be waiting for Charlie at the Rainbow Bridge and will show her the ropes.

Oh Cailin...I'm so sorry for your loss...I'm sure Charlie is already with Skushi and my Aston...Charlie was lucky to have had you.

My old kitty Lassie died over two years ago. When I knew Charlie wasn't going to make it I made sure to ask her to take care of my little baby. I am sure the two of them are together and waiting for me.
