Hi, I have a 45 gallon long aqaurium.

I'm looking for some info on the best way to set it up (for heating).

My house is colder in the winter because we have very little insulation. It stays around 60 degrees.
If anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
-Shane

Hi

An under tank heater is best because geckos need the belly heat. You could also add a blue or red light on the warm side to increase the air temp. I think 60 degrees is a bit cool, even for the colder side of the tank. Hopefully someone else can advise you better as to whether or not to set up light(s) all the way across the tank.
