It's Been Too Quiet Here!

Where is everyone??

Emily and Eddie are settling into their fall mode of following the sunshine around the house during the day and making sure they're both curled up under the covers at night.

There are some days when I wish I could be reborn as a cat...

Hope you all are enjoying wonderful early fall weather where you are, too!

Hi,

Im still doing my reading.. I want to take a trip to see the breeder but since I probably cant get a kitten until the spring Im afraid to go because it may be hard to leave without one. Since Im considering an adult as well.. it may not be a bad idea to visit a few times.. to see which adults might be available in the spring and see which one appeals to us.. what do you think? I told my friend about wanted to get a tonk and talked about it so much that she ended up getting a Siamese rescue from a vet..! Its beautiful although very timid. It actually looks alot like a tonk in that it doesnt have that really slender elongated look that the Siamese in the books have. Ive even seen some tonks on the petfinders page and
sometimes I think Id do that to help it out.. not sure.

Happy fall!

Rigby has been under the covers a few nights this week..and izzy by my toes... we just bought the cat brush the furminator - to help with the seasonal shedding - and it really worked! it took off a lot of loose fur!!

The other night Sina crawled under the covers next to me as we were going to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to her scrambling out from the covers, scratching my side, arm and face (luckily just a tiny one there) in the process! Best I can guess- while sleeping I decided that Sina was a teddy bear and I hugged her so tight she had to escape for self-preservation!

We have abnormally warm weather right now. Liat is delighted to be able to sit in the windows and watch whatever is going on outside.
