banana cheesecake on an oreo chocolate crust. covered with chopped walnuts and pecans. drizzled with warm caramel and fudge. and off to the side (like a garnish) a frozen chocolate dipped banana (close second...sliced sauteed bananas with a brown sugar rum sauce, ala bananas foster)

This week is happens to be strawberry shortcake. But I LOVE strawberry rhubarb Pie. But the rhubarb is out of season now.

Ooh tough one, I think my absolute best dessert would have to be a rich chocolate mousse with a fresh strawberry on top....mmmm
