This week's burning question is:
What did you have for breakfast this morning?
-----

I had a cup of coffee with lots of milk in it and a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it!

Nothing! Of all days to get this question, I have a blood test that I have to fast for a little later this morning. Probably won't eat until lunch, LOL.
Normally, on weekdays I have a banana and yogurt at my desk for breakfast and on weekends, it is anything from cereal/oatmeal to poached eggs with on toast with cheese... All this breakfast talk... I think for lunch I am going to make a cheese omlette today. Wish I could eat it now...

It's 10 a.m. and so far nothing. I've spent all morning nursing little one. She's getting ready to cut her 2cd and 3rd tooth and all she wants to do is be attached to me. I am getting ready to hand her over to hubby while I eat a piece of fruit to tide me over til lunch though.

I had Boost Hi-Protien Drink for breakfast. I generally have that during the week once I get to work in the morning.

Well, since I had to fast over breakfast yesterday, I did much better today... Met friends at Panera Bread and had the spinach, egg, cheese, and bacon individual souflee... I had recevied a gift cert for there for my birthday, so it tasted even better free!

a can of coke, two vitamin tabs and whatever baby food I licked off my finger.
Ask me about lunch - they are always impressively healthy!
OK - what DID you have for lunch?
-----

Gardenburger on whole wheat with smoked gouda and grilled mushrooms, topped with lettuce and tomato (no mayo)
usually there is a side salad as well - yesterday it was heart of palms with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a vingerette.
Today it was fresh mozzerella cheese with tomatoes and fresh basil in a vingerette.
Some days I think I go to work just for lunch!
Whew! That DOES sound yummy and healthy!
