She's gonna wig out this weekend.

The furless child turns one this weekend so Saturday we are going to have a houseful - including two Italian Greyhounds, Mario and Eddie. They are coming in from out of state and staying all weekend. Annie hates dogs. HATES dogs. I mean in this house it's spelled D-A-W-G 'cuz they deserve a four letter word!

The feline command post is set up in the basement - litterboxes, water rations, food for a seige, comfy spots on the laundry table for sleeping. But I'll be surprised if I see Annie all weekend. Send Glows to her, she's gonna be one very unhappy kitty!

Poor Annie! Great idea having a blocked area set aside the cats can retreat to (or just keep them closed up altogether in an area). I suppose she won't be singing "Happy Birthday" this weekend. She'll be singing, "Who Let the Dogz Out..."

Annie is sleeping in the living room, passed out cold. I don't think she slept the whole time the dogs were here. Trauma, pure trauma I tell you!

There was a funny moment when Stink went to get a bite and discovered DAWG food in the dishes. She circled the kitchen for awhile complaining loudly to everyone. When no one fed her, she went and stalked one of the dogs for a time.
