Were you an indoor kid or an outdoor kid?

This week's burning question is:
Were you an indoor kid or an outdoor kid?
-----

I was definitely an indoor child - liked to draw, create and read. But I did play outside sometimes, and especially liked to climb the tree in our front yard and read a bit there.
-----

I was about half and half. I loved to play inside with my dolls and to read and draw also, but I also loved to play outside, especially with my dog, pet duck and horse. I was heavy into playing jacks at recess in grade school, and I even played trucks with the boy next door. Beyond horsebackriding and swimming, I wasn't into any outdoor sports, though.

Another half and half, inside, reading, games tv but we also had a big porch and a lot of those activities could also be done there, we also lived in the country and had the woods to explore..

I was more of an indoor kid. I loved to read, draw, play with my trains, toy soldiers, and toy guns. Never much into playing with dolls. They were boring to me.

Half and half - we had neighbors with mental issues and a cult inhabiting a church three doors down; I turned allergic to the sun as a 'tween (major hives for days, SPF sunscreen had yet to be invented) so my wings were clipped. but I still managed to spent lots of time on the beach, in the pool, in a barn, building snowforts, riding miles on my bike.
Weather permitting, I spent most of my time outside, riding my bike, swimming in the pool, playing games with my brothers and sister late at night (Tag, Hide and Go Seek, Oley, Oley Oxen Free, Captain May I, etc). We also played badmitten and croquet a lot. In the winter we would build snowmen, snow mermaids, and snow forts.
When I was inside, I spent a lot of time reading and doing homework. At the beginning of every school year, I'd complete all of my school books in the first month or so, then I'd always move on to my older brother's books and work all of the problems in those too.

Outdoor kid, indoor teen (read a lot).
Indoor adult. Whenever my friend Jenn is in town and wants to go hiking, I tell her I get all the outdoors I need in my salad.

That's an easy one- outdoor for sure. I loved spending time at my grandparents at their farm. I'm still basically an outdoor person even though I have to work during the week.
-----
Out door kid. As a teen I would be outdoors riding horses, swimming, skiing.....
but if it wasn't nice out I was inside reading.
Now if it's cold out I'm inside or to hot out I'm inside, but would rather be outside.
