I do faithfully the first couple days after a trip to the dentist, then I fall back into my wicked ways of not so much...

My teeth are no longer flossable since I have false teeth.

LOL I'm the opposite. I'm really "good" a couple of days BEFORE I go to the dentist. (Like he can't tell I'm not a faithful flosser!) He knows I'm not going to change at this age.

I only manage to floss about once a month although I think about it more often. It IS the thought that counts, right?????? Teehee

Once a week here - I try to minimize the work that the dentist has to do cleaning my teeth!

I don't floss but after seeing what Big Scary Man has gone through the last month with multiple trips to the dentist, I did go out and buy floss. Is that the same as using it?

Umm... My dental tech asks each time I go how the flossing is going (has asked for years now...). Each time I just say, "The same as last time you asked the question; I'll let you know if the answer changes..." She then hands me a new toothbrush and floss after each cleaning... So, I have a whole shelve on the bottom of my medicine cabinet full of mini-flosses... I am guilted into using them shortly after the dentist visit then promptly forget by the end of the week...

Back to your question -- I don't think she'd ask how the flossing is going with an evil eye each time IF I actually used it... They have ways of knowing these things...
