I used to swear by Tide but since using some of Pam's off brands, I've found that generic works just as well.

Ditto (except the Pam part). I was Tide thru and thru and then I tried an off-brand at my Step-Mom's and realized it is pretty much all the same. I usually use Sam's Club jumbo jug of liquid for a fraction of the price of Tide liquid...

I did have an awesome coupon plus a great store sale on Tide Cold Water recently so I am actually using that at the moment...

It's Tide for me, Iv'e tried some of the cheaper brands and at first they seemed fine, but after awhile the laundry seemed to be dingy...
