Anybody else as crazy as me and make up songs for their kitties? This morning I sang "You are my Kasha, my only Kasha," etc to the tune of "you are my sunshine to HRH. Smig's song is the "Smiggy twangle" (ie. tangle- as outside she tangles her leash around everything possible) doo- doo- we do the Smiggy twangle- sung to the tune of Beer Barrell Polka. The words are differant each time.

Yes, I make up and sing songs to my furbabies. Even worse, they have their own songs usually something I hear on the radio that just kinda fits them. Onyx is from "CATS" Onyxcita the glamour cat. Foudini has Marc Anthony's "I need to know" as in tell me baby cat, I need to know. Spotties is real old. "Julie do you love me" in his case, Spottie Spottie Spottie do you love me, Spottie Spottie Spottie do you care. Riley's is "How much is that doggy in the window" Charlee's is a version of Every Breath I take. Only changed a tad bit....Every step I take, a little pee I make. A little peepee here and little peepee there. Because he had a spraying problem before neutering. ShyRaven has "another one bites the dust" cause she would take nothing off of anyone and would bop them on the head for the slightest reason. If you must know, we also dance The cats could pass on it but Riley loves doing the doggy dance. She stands on her hind legs and I hold her paws and we dance.

OMG! that's funny!

I use to sing "oh Romeo!" to the old song Domino from Van Morrison. And both his vet and I would quote the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet to him - Oh Romeo! Oh Romeo! Where for art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name...

The only reason to sing to Stink is to watch the look of horror and disgust spread across her face as she watches me doing something so, so, so HUMAN!

"You Are My Sunshine" and the "Mr. Potato Head" song (I love you, you know it's true, Mr. Potato Head I love you). I'll change the words a bit to both...
