The cards. I dread getting the cards ready and addressed to send out every year. It takes so long, even now that I have pared my list down to around 40...
I'll do the shopping, cooking, cleaning, just dread the cards...

No one thing; small group so not a lot of anything. Each year there seems to be one thing I put off longest. Just glad when things get back to normal.
Getting the house ready, and then having mongol hordes destroy it in no time flat. All that work! I am tired already!
Wrapping presents.....hate it and taking down the Xmas decor after Xmas.

You and my mother, both! When cute gift bags first became the rage, she bought a stack and recycled them for YEARS. When the name tags eventually disappeared, she assigned each family member a design (mine was a unhappy tabby in a santa suit) I swear she bought gifts to fit the bags some years - it didn't matter how cheap the gift was, if it was too big to fit into a bag, you weren't going to get it.
Then there was the year I wrapped EVERY gift under the tree for her, my own included. This year she hired my neice to do the work.
One of my dearest friends also hates to wrap so we both use bags and never use the tags on them but put a card inside. I usually leave the envelope to the card in the bag so that I know where it came from and I don't send it back to her quite as fast. I suspect she does the same.

My neighbor (turned 70 this year) always buys an obscene amount of gifts for her Daughter and Granddaughter and a couple to make it look like she likes her Son-in-law, LOL. Anyway, she hand ties bows on each and every gift. It took her hours to do all this. About 6 years ago, I stopped over when she was doing this and helped her out some. Now, for the last 5 years, she invites me over for some snacks and snookers me into wrapping for her. I've wrapped ALL of her gifts for the past 5 years while she slowly ties hand tied bows on all of them. Took 4 hours for me to wrap the gifts for the Daughter and Granddaugher (with a couple minutes added in for the Son-in-law) yesterday. She hand tied bows on all of them, pretty much keeping pace. The irony is, her family doesn't care. They put stick on bows on their gifts, if they rememeber bows. But, if I hadn't helped her, it would have taken her 8 hours... Sigh... I hate wrapping gifts, too... I just feel so bad for her every year when it is a day or two out and she has hours of wrapping and bow tying in front of her...

My least favorite thing is taking down the tree. I like putting it up, but hate to take it down!I don't mind wrapping presents or sending out cards.

Tammy,
I hand tie all my bows on too! I think they look so pretty that way. It is nice of you to go help her.
I dread the driving for Christmas.

Putting lights on the tree. Never fails, I either leave a huge dark spot or I have a cord or three sticking out like a wild cowlick, if not both at once.
I think my least favorite chore is all the housecleaning. With 2 kids and a messy husband under foot whatever I clean is dirtied in 2 seconds flat. Drives me nuts. LOL!

taking down the decorations! akkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
