Dusting

cyclopsgrl Feb 16, 2008 03:15 PM

I saw a cute commercial the other day where a guy was using a fluffy dust mop to dust up a mess and when he was done, he set the dust mop down (turned itover) and it sprouted legs and was a REALLY fluffy dog that walked away, LOL. Commercial for using the right tools for the job or something.

Anyway, I tried this with Pookey and it didn't work too well. He is short haired and got a little cross with me. Anyone else had better luck putting their pets to work cleaning house?

Not much luck here.....unless one of the kids spills milk and then I know I can always count on Cookie to appear out of nowhere. Of course sometimes it is him who causes them to spill when he keeps badgering them for a little lick. LOL!

Mine are much better at making messes than cleaning them up although sitting on furniture and waving their tail does help some with dusting

No help here except with occasional spills and they're picky about which of those they'll clean up. MOL Mostly, they create more reasons to dust or vaccuum. But, a perfect house isn't a happy one.
Also have seen that commercial; it's adorabla!

Once when Star was flipping her tail back and forth I tried dusting with it. She got annoyed with me, though, so I had to stop. It didn't work anyway; the dust got scattered instead of being picked up. LOL
