my kitten is 5 months old. She came out of the kitchen, foaming at the mouth. I think it smelled like my Dawn dish soap. Is this toxic? I rinsed out her mouth,and force-fed her some water.

Soap or detergent is not in itself toxic, but it can strip the protective mucous from the digestive tract and lead to intestinal irritation and diarrhea, as well as a possible bacterial infection. Try to get as much fat into her as you can.
