vaccinosis caused pemphigus in my cat

I am looking for Holistic alternatives.
My cat is currently lethargic and doesn't walk around unless to go to litterbox or eat/drink.
He's only 9 pounds.

Then I thought he may have eaten some tainted Iams wet food so I'm waiting for callbacks from them re: vet bills.

Help!
