Canned cat food

Since researching canned cat food, major brands like Friskies, I found that foods that list the 1st or 2nd ingredient is by-products you should stay away from. Do you recommend a specific brand of canned cat food over another? as well as dry food?

Cats should not get any dry food. Fresh raw meat and bone is the best food for cats, but if you must feed canned food, one brand that I like is Pet Gard. There are other decent brands as well, many of which are available in Healthfood stores.
