Sneezing

hstanley May 12, 2007 08:14 AM

My cat has come home from the vet on Tuesday evening from being treated for a Bladder infection.. I am giving him Amoxicillin twice a day and he is on a special diet for the bladder infection. Yesterday "Friday" he started sneezing 4 or 5 times back to back and then seemed fine... Today " Saturday" I called the Vet and they have a Family Wedding so I can't ask my vet... could there be a relation between the bladder infection and fluid build up in his system... He is sneezing today and rubbing his face and nose.. Eating well. Thank you for any help....

Sneezing is due to an irritation in the nasal passages, and has nothing to do with fluid build-up or cystitis.

It has now been 3 days since the cat has seen the vet.. She gave him Amoxicillin and Predinsone.. It is now Thursday morning and the cat is CONGESTED and sounds like he is having trouble breathing...Any suggestion until we can get him to the vet today.. Please. I feel so bad for him.
