is it safe for cats to eat outside grass

solaandlunasmom Jun 23, 2007 01:32 AM

Since my cat Luna died, I've been spoiling my cat Sola. He pretty gets to do what he wants all the time.

I let him go outside with me (only when I'm there and always on a leash) but the first thing he does is b-line for the grass! he eats it and pukes it up later always. Is there anything dangerous about this?

Thanks,

Lisa

This isn't dangerous, but it is probably inconvenient for you. There is probably something lacking in his diet.

I feed him California Natural salmon and sweet potato wet food. What could be lacking that he craves grass? and he doesn't always puke it up either!
