Anyone use an e collar?

My cat had surgery on his leg and he chewed the stitches off so we brought him back and they put staples in to close the wound. He chewed that up too. Now we're faced with the issue of using an e collar. I need any help and tips i can get. It seems like things like eating and grooming himself is goin to be difficult. Thanks

Speak with your vet about that. He can properly fit an e-collar. You may need to remove the collar several times a day while the cat is eating and drinking, but don't leave it off for more than that.
