im looking for a paint/stain/what-ever-you-want-to-call-it to coat a painted water fall so that the paint wont come off and my lizards wont die can you tell me whatr to use.

what is the waterfall made of? There are new paints that have come out recently that are designed to adhere to plastics better, but in any case once the paint is dry, its inert and should be of any concern.
