There's nothing to forgive, Sammy. Sometimes Mommy calls me Patches! Patches was a very outgoing, social cat that was way more involved with everyone than I usually am. The main focus of my entire life is Mommy, and I always want her to just sit down and hold me. Patches' memory is still everywhere, and that doesn't bother me a bit. She is still in Mommy's heart, and always will be, but I am in her lap as well as in her heart so I don't feel bad about people remembering Patches. I know that you are a good friend who cares about me and Mommy too.
