A house without cats is like a garden without flowers

I hate to be whining and complaining so much about this storm because I know that Auntie Pamela (in Minnesota) and Auntie Norma (in Wisconsin) probably experience this kind of thing pretty regularly every year!!

But for us, it's a big deal to get this much snow ~ and particularly on top of substantial ice. They say we will be talking about this storm for years to come....

We got some snow, but less than a foot, and now we're getting the sleet and ice. We're not expecting any more snow until Saturday. This snow every few days is getting ridiculous. We're GLOWING and PRAYING for everyone who is getting hit with the really bad storm.
