I am getting ready to buy my first bearded dragon and after reading about the problems with crickets was wondering does anybody have any suggestions of a good cricket person to buy from. Also where is the best place to buy the dragon from a pet store like pet smart of smaller pet shops any help will be appriciated

i use americancricketranch.com, they are a wonderful company.
as for the dragon, check out the classifieds and the sponsors of this forum, i dont reccoment petsmart or petco, dont support those large chains.

Did american cricket ranch have a price increase? I ordered from them last week and it was $23 for 1000 with ground shipping.

PS: Any word on the reptile show? I'm still deciding but if you (or anyone else in the So. Cal area) want to meet up that would probably be my deciding point. Plus it would be nice to see what sort of dragons the Kevins are bringing (from KWE and Dragons Den)

i am ordering again on friday, ill let ya know what my bill is =) good news also, i just talked to them and they said they have their crickets tested at UCSD and UC Davis several times a year, which is great, they are such a great company.
as for the reptile show i dont know if will make it.. i have horse stuff going on this weekend, i still hope to, but im gonna have to wait and see
