Well it can, Franci figured how to do it, by sittin on da pawboard, an ya nose how we awl luff to do dat....an did ya nose iffun da skween ish sideways yu gotta twurn da mousie sideways fur it to work rite? Well ya do. Took mommy a few minutes to figure dat one owt...well , anywho, iffun any uf yu kits gets da notion to twurn da stuff sideways, mommy figured owt to get it back upright yu gots to do a system restore, Meeheehee, I fink dat workin bout da onwy fing dat kept mommy fwum turnin Aunty Franci into a fur hat....meeheeheeheeheheeheehee

Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + UP Arrow Key, or try Ctrl + Alt + and a different Arrow Key.

If that does not work: Right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.
