Well, Mom sez she has no idea... but she suggested you call a zoo or a wildlife rehab group.

We sure don't have a cloo what the answer be here. Mom sez she don't know of anything to put in food against distemper if that what you asking. But if for fleepers, you can put Capstar (what you can order online or get from the vet without a scription)in their food. Thing is, that only kill fleepers what already on kitty (and not sure if good for possums tho)and don't keep killing past 24 hours. Used to be something called Program what us kits usedta get in our food what took care of fleepers, but that was long time ago. Can't remember if they even still sell it or not. We think Paloma got the right idea about callin' a rehabber for the possum and a vet for the kitty. Sorry we no help here.
