Mommy did a reely dum ting recently... She left a bag fwom a dwug store lyin on de floor, an it had a bottle o' ibuprofen PM in it... an of corse Yuki an I found it an had a good time figgeing out how to open de kiddie-proof (but not kitty-proof) cap, and playing round wid de pills, scatterin dem all ober de livin room floor. Mommy was horrified when she got home, but furry thankful dat we did not seem to have had any interest in eetin de pills, just playin wid dem. Mommy sez she will be much more careful in de future.
Meenwhile, Mommy been layed off again. Too bad, cuz she was enjoyin de temp job she wuz doin an dey seemed to indicate dey wood keep her permanently, but den dey just suddenly sed de workload wuz too lite an dey let her go, with no notice or sev'rance or anyting. So dat reely sucks. Luckily, she quickly found a new job, at Target (duzzn't pay de best, an may not be full-time, but it is sumpin' till she can find sumpin' betterer), an she may be able to transfer to a diffrn't shoe store where she can pick up more hours dan at her current shoe store. So she mite be able to keep us all housed an fed till a good FT job is found.... Wish her luck!
