Hi all, I am asking for some GLOW, not for us but for a kitty acquaintance. Mom knows this breeder lady of Norwegian Forest Cats who lives in Europe. She sold this beautiful precious boy to what seemed like a lovely couple a few years ago. And then every breeders nightmare happened.
She got a phone call from a vet and because of a microchip they had tracked her down as the breeder. Evidentally either the cat had gotten out, or the people had sold the cat to someone else, or they themselves had turned out to be terrible people.... no one knows for sure at this point. BUT the poor kitty had been TERRIBLY abused and was in bad condition at the vets.
I do not know all the details, because she is working with the police on this matter. But the important thing is that this kitty needs some BIG TIME GLOW to make a good recovery. The good news is that his fever is coming down and it looks like the infection is under control. However he is probably facing a number of surgerys and skin grafts, and even at that he may lose a rear leg.
Here is a picture of the poor dear boy. Even with all of his pain and agony, etc. he still manages to headbonk and purr and want lot of loving. So please keep him in your thoughts, etc.
