DEAD TOES ON NEW LEO

Hello, I was given a juvenile(3 months) Leopard gecko last week. and I have noticed that he is missing some claws on his feet. ALSO, with in the last 2 days, one of his toes has changed to BLACK... And looks like it is dead and about to fall off. All I can think of is that it might have had a bad shed before I got him. Anyone know how I can help this thing heal??

ALSO... On his inner thigh, there is a black spot that was not there when I got him. I think it may be connected, but have no clue of what it is.. This guy was owned by breeder that is not very clean with his enclosures.. So I could only guess as to cause for problem..

Any suggestions???
