an update fur those of you who hasn't been in chat or on facebroke:
Larry's eye became worser last week, and he had a vet appoinkment on Friday morning to see Dr. Joel. Dr. Joel not happy with how it look, and say he gots corneal edema too, which is excess flooid in the cornea. And the uveitis, inflammashun in the middle eye.
So Dr. Joel run blood tests fur diseases and fings outta whack, and did chest and tummy x-rated pichurs to check fur limp-foamas, which can lead to eye purroblems. Effurry fing all clear, and Larry not got no fiv/fip/felv or cansfurs in his insides. It could be cansfur in his eyeboll, but Dr. Joel didn't see no sine of toomers or nuffin there with his majic eyescope fingies.
Larry gettin his stairoid drops effurry 2 hours, and we hopin somehow that helps. He gettin lysine in case this be a herpes fing. Larry cannot see; he prolly can see enuff shadows and lite to walk, but he been feelin his way around mostly, and can't see food unless it's rite under his nose. He walkin into stuff, but still is gettin around the house and up and down the basement.
Would you please send a lil glow fur Larry to mebbe at least regain some of his site so he don't hafta be blind? He not likin this, and neither are SnowtaMom and SnowtaDad. Fanks!
