Ctenosaura taxonmic info......

Some prof. out of New York is doing genetic work with ctenos and has found out that Ctenosaura defensor is not even remotely related to ctenos and will be placed in another genus(not enyaliosaura either). Also pectinata from the eastern and western parts of its range are not to closely related and will be seperated by subspecies maybe even different species. Just some info I was told and wanted to pass along.
