Dese fings haff been here my hole life and I haff satted on dem as I wooked out da winnow, but day were always cool. Now day is WARM and I wikes dem much betterer.

Dood! Dese warm fings will hold about a dozen of us and most uf us will be able to see out da winnows, too. I will haff mommy put eggstwa towels on dem so we awl can be comfy.

Oh, dat sounds wunnerfull and warrm. Here, our heat comes out of vents in da CEELING! No comfurrt dere furr da kit. Back where we lived befurr, da vents were in da floor. Sum ov our kits ober da yeers, WUVVED da floor vents. And when da ducts ran under da fwoor to da vents, da floor got warm, too.

But I wike besst to hav a laptime naptime on da Lady. Sumtimes, between wittle warrm me, da blanket and da Lady, it iz so warrm she takes off hurr sweater. Yep, dere iz nuffin so cozy az your own purrson.

But if I had a chance at a radiator, I am sure I would wike dat, too. Maybe I will hav to make my way up to Tarrigo's and join Maxwell.

All of those things sound nice. At our house there are long things that run along the bottom of the wall. They are still cold here, but I don't care since I prefer to get my heat from laying on Mommy. She's like a heater all by herownself, mol.

That sounds like it might be something called a radiator, Maxwell. The furnace thingy makes heat and sends it to the radiators to heat up the rooms when it's cold outside. I member that from last winter with my old family before I came here. We haven't turned the heat on here yet, even though we got snow on Saturday. Daddy wants to wait until November 1st. Even then, they will wait unless it gets really, really cold. They are putting oil in the tank a few gallons at a time and want to fill it up a bit more before using it up.
