Ennyways, Soo Falls be about 425 miles away! She drobe down Friday on da innerstates and she say it was sooo boring, expeshully on I 90 going fru Minnesnowta's prayree, dat she nearly felled asweep. So she drobe back AFFER her 2 1/2 class (she speeched and den peeples played deir pieces fur her to criteek), and desided to come back on Minnesnowta Hiway 23.
She stopped in Pipestone cuz she been curius about dat fur a while -- it a nashunal monyoomint. She watched a natif man make a pipe outta dat clay stone and eggsplane what/how it was dat dese quarries ob clay stone camed to be (we haff clay soil which is terribul fur gardening, Mommy say). Mommy walked around da headkwarters bilding dere lerning about da geeolojical forces dat made da clay into stone, but she no cud walk da trail to see da qquarrees. Da natif man told her dat only natif peeples gotted toget stone outta da kwarees.
Affer dat it was about 1:30 and she was barely into Minnesnowta from Souf D. at dat point wiff lotsa hours to go.
She gotted home about 9:45 and she was furry tired. She sleeped til 9:30 dis morning and den tooked a nap and haff not dun ENNY work! But at leest she home!

Oh the things dat make these humoms happy. Oh well, gotta luff them anyways. We glad she had some fun times and made it home safe. And ya gota admit, it fun havin' a mommy to lay next to and snuggle wiff all day long so maybe there sumthing to be meowed about them long trips.
