Thanks for the reminder, UncleJohn, but Mommy NEVER forgets the fall back thing. It's the spring ahead that she has issues with, MOL. Of course, she's so nocturnal that even the extra hour doesn't help much. She was still up until nearly 5am even though she knew she had to be up by 8am for church.

Da Lady is good wiv remempurring time changes, but had a wittle difficulty wiv it dis year. Fank goodness dat most clocks "fix" demselves, wike in da Puter and TV.

However, da bedroon clock is a inexpensive battery-run fing and had to be taken down, fixed, den re-hung, fitting da loop behind da clock onto da hook fing on da wall. She had to pull out a 3-drawer mini-cabinet between da sewing machine and a 5 shelf unit. AND, when she tried to rehook da clock, she stretched and missed and dropped it, and it rolled behind da shelf unit. So she stooped and stretched and just managed to get it out, and it was not running! Oh, no, we fawt it was broke. When she tried to get the time adjusted a few minutes, den she found out, da BATTERY had popped out and wuz nowhere to be seen.

Long story short, in da daytime, she managed to pull da shelf fing out and used her magnet fing, da picks up pins, to get dat battery and finally got da clock back and running right.

In da living room, turning da hands forward to da new time, which is how she does it, because clocks don't like to go backwards, well dat fixed da hands which had gotten out of whack, because someone else turned da clock back and da 2 hands got a little mixed. So now when you wook at dat clock, it tells da right time.

So we are good, a little matter of da wristwatches and all will be well.

Isn't it good dat wekits don't need clocks to tell us when to do sumfin? Like EAT, I get da Lady up whenever it strikes me as time.
