I have a water dragon that is about 1 year old. She has been doing great since I had her for the past many months. Recently she has gotten kind of lethargic in the last couple of days and when I went to pick her up just a couple minutes ago she has alot of 'gel' like discharge coming from her mouth. There seems to be quite alot of it too.....my hands were covered in this stuff when I put her back in her cage.

Does anyone have any idea of what this is??? The discharge is clear.

Please help me!!!!

there is a chance it is a resperatory infection and it needs to be treated as soon as possible.

Thank you!!! That is what I was thinking. Right after I posted, I called the vet and got an appt for tomorrow am. The more the day went on, the more concerned I got so I called 8 different vets within a 2 hour drive for an emergency visit and not one could see me...UGH!!!!! I feel so bad for her...she is just laying in the shallow pool with her head laying on the side. I had fed her today too. I feel so helpless!!!
